ARM is a PHYSICIAN-OWNED revenue cycle management company dedicated to optimizing financial performance of healthcare organizations. Faced with subpar results, escalating costs, constant staff turnover, etc. from either outsourcing or in-house billing/collections, our physician owners were frustrated of working hard but not getting paid. As a result, a group of business minded physicians decided to develop their own revenue cycle management company to implement best practices, control processes, improve quality, increase revenue and decrease costs of billing and collections. ARM provides high quality revenue cycle management which empowers physicians to focus on providing high quality patient care.
In addition to its Board of Managers comprised of physicians, ARM is backed by a highly experienced and dedicated team of AAPC Certified Coders, Billing Specialists, A/R Experts, Denial/ Appeal Managers and Quality Analysts. This strong team works hand in hand with ARM’s leadership, who combined, have over five decades of experience in healthcare, billing and collections, practice management and business operations. In fact, all of the leaders entered the industry directly out of college, working their way up from the front desk to management, gaining valuable hands-on experience and skills. ARM’s leadership has the visionary outlook necessary to understand the industry and how best to position ARM to champion physicians, understand their unique needs and provide solutions that drive outcomes.
